How to Use:
Copy Ultrasound Schedule from the top-left cell (1A) to the last "FLOAT" cell
Paste schedule into text area.
Choose the employee you want to generate a timesheet in the "Choose FTR..." dropdown, then click "Generate Timesheet".
(PTRs and Casuals can use the sliding toggle to manually input their usually used alias name and initials.)
Review the generated timesheet - then click the "Copy Timesheet" button. An alert notification will indicate that your timesheet has been successfully copied onto the clipboard.
In the Excel Timesheet, paste
[Ctrl-v]
the copied values into the first empty cell in your row (column C).
Double check your timesheet to make sure the values correctly reflect your biweekly shifts.
If you've incorrectly pasted the whole schedule into the Excel spreadsheet (not following step 4), remember to Undo in Excel via
[Ctrl-z]
hotkey or by clicking the "Undo" button located on the top-left of the Excel toolbar.
Technical Notes:
The
last
listed name within the cell will always be the one taking the shift. Since copy-pasting the US schedule from Excel does not include any formatting, such as a crossout of a certain name, there is no ability to differentiate between a cell that contains two names because of switches, or multiple names because the shift is covered by multiple people.
The program will check for duplicates names on the same day, and display a conflict box under the day it occurred in.
Name matching is based on: first name, name alias, or by initials, in that order. To view the hard-coded roster list and the name matchings used, append the website url with "
/scripts/roster.js
